SHIPPING

We offer free USPS Ground shipping for orders over $100. Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15. Alternative Shipping like Fedex and UPS are extra.

All orders are shipped discreetly and securely via a trusted courier service. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

What’s the estimated shipping time?
Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Orders placed before 11am PST ship out the same day, orders placed after 11am PST will be shipped the following business day. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location within the United States. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-7 business days. Next day shipping is available for additional charge. External factors like holidays and weather conditions may impact delivery times.

We ship out directly from our facility Monday through Friday except holidays, if you paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday chances are it will be going out Monday. We do not ship on the weekends. Orders placed before 11am PST ship out the same day, orders placed after 11am PST will be shipped the following business day. 

Upon receiving your order, we will print a shipping label and send you an email or SMS notification containing your tracking information once the label is generated. Our operations run Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays. Any delays or exceptions will be communicated via the announcement tab on our website.

Due to age verification once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address. You can change your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.

We are not responsible for customers not inputting the correct information.

No. If you paid for faster shipping and courier has delay that is not our fault there will be no refund.

USPS can often mark packages as delivered 1-3 days before they actually arrive. We’re not sure why this happens and completely understand this is frustrating—if your order hasn’t arrived three days after being registered as delivered, please feel free to reach out to hello@zweetz.co and we’d be happy to help.

Please carefully inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to hello@zweetz.co and we would be happy to replace your item.

We will replace products or credit your account at our discretion. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if your package is marked as delivered.
Because some states conflict with the federal law under the Farm Bill. We have modified our operations in order to best adhere to cannabis shipping protocols.

Due to constant changes in our business and state laws we will always be adapting to these changes.

Due to varying international restrictions and regulations around hemp and CBD, we can’t speak to the legality of your residing state. We strongly recommend against attempting this and cannot speak to the repercussions of taking the product through customs or possessing it in your area.
