RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, just make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and still in the packaging it came in. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and have already used some of it, please reach out to our support team at hello@zweetz.co.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zweetz.co. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In some cases, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, but we’ll always do our best to assist you! We’ll be happy to discuss any options that may be available

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF SPECIFIC PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BELOW.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale or bulk items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zweetz.co and they will instruct youwhere to send your items.
The fastest way to ensure you get the new item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you out an equal value item of your choice or credit you the cost difference.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please be sure to monitor your bank account or card. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
